Let's see if I've got the story right. The guy from Montana was "about 6’5” and about 225 pounds". There was "almost an accident", something for which we have to take his word because 30 years ago there were no dashcams and probably not any city cameras recoding the incident. Then the large man in the large truck "became quite upset, he began following the small car, honking his horn, flashing his lights at the driver and flipping him off while signaling for him to pull over,' which sounds more like being out of control than merely quite upset. With all due respect, just because the other driver then pulled over, got of his car, and defended himself (not sure how you now the kind of small guy was smiling but okay), the man from Montana is not the "victim" of this incident. It sounds more like a case of FAFO for the guy from Montana. And since the original excuse for why he lost his temper is dubious at best, the only thing I'd say the smaller driver in the smaller vehicle actually did wrong was leave the scene.
