And he doesn't seem like the social media kind of guy so he probably didn't post an online manifesto or anything. But the fact that he'd already attacked at least one of the people who he killed this time must make the survivors of this nightmare justifiably furious with the authorities. Especially hearing he's been wanted for months along with so many others. That he was just one many is such a bad excuse. Heartbreaking, infuriating, unsurprising.
