Because the weapons were already all over the country. The kind of military equipment left behind is routinely stolen or traded on the black market not just in Afghanistan but in every conflict zone on the planet.

@hemant05 you had me at first, my dude. Except for the idea that we have ever been able believe official spokespeople from any country, corporation, or other organization. And most all nations, corporations, and organizations do things in their own self-interest at the expense not only of their neighbors but even more often their own citizens, workers, and members. But when you say "the whole evil country" - the offense I take is how that's just lazy and hyperbolic. But it's only YouTube so I get it.
