  1. I'm hearing the phrase "insha'Allah" an awful lot from everyone who lives there. The ways people use and/or rely on religion are endlessly fascinating and often sadly tragic. And the world watches as another generation of children, mostly impoverished, in some broken part of the world are left to suffer and die for geopolitical power struggles. Guess that's all God's will too - part of the His plan that we could never hope to understand. Very sad.
