This is disgusting but quite tame compared to some of the actual things done by Hamas on October 7 as well as numerous other groups around the world. There are horror stories much worse coming out of various African conflicts as well as Shia on Sunni violence in Iraq and the ever ongoing Muslim-on-Muslim violence in Afghanistan, Syria and elsewhere.
