  2. It's good to see that so many here recognize that the problem isn't Left or Right - Dem or Repub - but the system itself. It's all the oligarchs pulling the strings of our leaders and propelling the national (and international) theater to keep us distracted and at eachothers throats until it all falls in on itself. All civilizations rise and fall (or get to Alpha Centauri first and that ain't happening on this play-through). It's a cycle our species can't seem to break out of repeating. And with as technologically advanced as we've gotten this time around, I'm wondering if the next fall might not be our last one. The fact that we haven't blown ourselves up in a nuclear holocaust only helps to convince me that our "Leaders" aren't really the ones in charge, but it's going to be difficult for them to fight whatever nature is going to be throwing our way in the coming decades. I highly suggest everyone watch or rewatch Soylent Green and pay attention to the little details. It's over 40 years old, but I really think things are heading that way (ish). Still love the intro montage. I'm kind of surprised it hasn't had a reboot since Hollywood has such a hard time coming up with new material. Hmmmm...
