While I do side with the content deliverers in this case, the vast majority of us are just pawns being pushed around on the chessboard by the Corporate overlords. I did see a story (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1B0u6nvcTsI) out of Detroit about people setting up their own networks to access the Internet. Although, I'm not sure how autonomous they really are or if they are still having to access through traditional ISP's. BTW, dig the screen name - DERP!

  24. People want good hospitals, doctors, nurses and other staff. I don't know anyone who loves and wants to keep their health insurance providers. The system for delivering health care should not be a commercial venture. You want to fix the costs - start by getting rid of the C-suite executives and let the staff do the job of treating patients and not maximizing revenue for the corporation. There are plenty of other things, but you have to get the profit out of the system first.
