  1. People want good hospitals, doctors, nurses and other staff. I don't know anyone who loves and wants to keep their health insurance providers. The system for delivering health care should not be a commercial venture. You want to fix the costs - start by getting rid of the C-suite executives and let the staff do the job of treating patients and not maximizing revenue for the corporation. There are plenty of other things, but you have to get the profit out of the system first.
