@K D ...and I barely made it out! Luckily I had a small tribe of misfits to help make it through, but being forced to be around all the other teenagers was a fraking nightmare!. And if you don't fit into the education systems boxes you can forget about an education. It's mostly just doing busy work until you can go get a job and start paying taxes. Yeah America!

@biocapsule7311 I don't think you give the Rich enough credit. If they make fill-in-the-blank compulsory, then parents of privilege will start sending their kids to schools abroad or legislate an exception for some form of gated-community home schools. And there will always be an exception for religious schools. This is all just that much more reason why we can never have nice things.
