He definitely needs some time in a locked ward at a mental health facility because if he hasn't already, he's going to really hurt someone or get himself hurt and ruin someone else's life that way. Either way, I'm sure he's a good boy whose mama loves him. Oh yeah, their dog doesn't bite either.
