Like the Democrats ever have their act together enough to have a "regime" (except maybe for Bill Clinton and his debauchery and assorted dumb choices, which was still more a bacchanalia than a regime). Besides, they spend most of their time in the White House trying to clean up the mess from the last Republican administration.
