They damn well better not give these folks a ticket or charge them with anything! If the cops wouldn't do anything to help stop the crime than what choice do we have but to become vigilantes and do it for them? I guess the family should have let the piece of shit molest their daughter first. Though hopefully mom verbally smacked the stupid out of her for talking to a grown man online in the first place.
