  5. I always believed in UFO's and George Knapp is the best! But now that the government is saying they're real I have a hard time believing the narrative. It would be like them telling us who really killed JFK. When someone makes a career out of lying to you it's impossible to believe anything they tell you. I love my country but the people who run it are endlessly disappointing.

  7. I'm not sure exactly what it is but something about Jeremy always leaves me feeling funky about him. I think some of it is the "I'll tell you more when we're off camera" that he tells Rogan when I've seen him on the JRE. That and I've heard so much from so many people over the decades to never have any practical results come of it that I'm a lot more skeptical than I used to be.

People use parachutes when they are base jumping or doing some other kind low-altitude jump and I've seen video of people who go up in a balloon to jump out and parachute back down so it can be done. But they generally need training and practice before they make a low altitude jump. In this case though, while it looks to me like they were high enough that parachutes could have deployed, the problem is the balloon was also coming down on top of them which would have tangled in a parachute before it could expand.

  9. We give people in law enforcement a lot of power and privileges. If they aren't doing anything wrong they have nothing to hide they shouldn't have any problem with being filmed while on duty.

  14.  @ChrisAlbertH47  Depends on how someone is criticizing Israel and what about. Probably best to focus the blame on specific individuals or groups within Israel instead if making blanket condemnation of Israel or Israelis if someone feels the need to try and do that.

  15. Hamas is no ones friend - supporting them is gross. And anyone chanting "from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free" is calling for the destruction of Israel and supporting the idea of wiping out the Jewish people and "driving them into the sea". That needs to stop too. People focus in Israel, but they should learn about the history of Jordan and the way other Arab countries feel about and mistreat Palestinians too instead of focusing only on Israel. People like to reduce this to a good/bad argument but It's a much more complex situation than that.
