@zees358 But a jury or a judge can. All his defense would need is one person on a jury to set him free or a judge to make their own ruling. For good or bad, I think it's doubtful a prosecutor will try to win this case too hard.

Wow! Sounds like dad had valid concerns, tried to get law enforcement to help, and finally had to take matters into his own hands to protect his child. The idea that he and his family would have to relocate is BS.
