  4.  @dfuher968  There are a variety of mostly Republican shenanigans in the US election system from gerrymandering to voter suppression to the Electoral College and more that make that old adage problematic for our country. Just curious, which country do you live in? It's not New Zealand by any chance? they really have their act together.
