@Toronto41Six As have many Republican politicians. I'm sure there have to be Democrats guilty of it as well, but it mostly comes from the Religious and Conservative Right. It always amazes me that any member of the LGBT community supports and votes Republican. I was more than a bit disappointed when I heard Tim say a few episodes back that he is a fan of Ronald Reagan.

This is why Nikki Haley is a terrible candidate and shouldn't be preferred to old Bankrupt Donny. I get that, unfortunately, this is how politics works, but it's gross how candidates lie about who they are and what they believe in order to get elected. Trump is awful and never should have been an elected official let alone a nominee for President - and probably will be the nominee again. But at least he's honest about being a walking toxic waste dump of a human being. And when he's pretending to be the on-your-side savior of "good" Americans it's so transparent due to the rest of the garbage he does and says that it's only the kind of people who fall for get rich quick schemes or send money to televangelists who believe his grift. When I see or meet a Trump supporter (not just a Trump voter because, just like with Democratic candidates, plenty of people hold their nose and vote for him) there isn't a question about who they are either. This practice is one of the things that I regularly hear people complaining about with politicians from both parties and their politics of pandering to voters. I don't like unapologetic bigots but I do appreciate them being honest about who they are so I know to avoid them.
