  1. The problem with that is Biden wouldn't take advantage of it. He's not an indecent wannabe dictator like Trump is and Trump's enablers are.

If this Supreme Court doesn't affirm that it is not within a presidents powers to attempt a coup in order to remain in office then this Supreme Court is putting the United States on par with the most corrupt and illegitimate governments in the world. History will not look fondly on these clowns.
