I know innocent until proven guilty but if he did rape then kill one and try to kill the other victim then please don't send him back. I get that people are opposed to execution, but at least lock him away forever in a hole somewhere so he is never able to do it again. Give him the choice - death now or alone with himself until it happens naturally.
