Love Tulsi. She's the only candidate I've ever contributed to to help get her in those early debates and would have loved to see her win the nomination. I'm still hoping that if Bernie can somehow beat the establishment (and other dumbasses - looking at you Eric G) smears and win the nomination he'll have Tulsi take the VP seat. Sadly, I expect old Bankrupt Donny is going to have his second term - by hook or by crook.

@ericg4915 If you read the full quote what he is saying that breadlines are a good thing compared to starving to death. I'm sure you can find other comments from him and every other candidate from both parties over the past 35 years that were badly phrased or have only been partially quoted or misquoted or taken out of context. I'm sure Bernie then and now would agree with you that expanding food stamp and other social safety net programs is the best choice - unlike the republicans who never met a social welfare program they didn't want to gut and are currently trying to do so.
