  4. Here come the comments trying to justify what was done to the hostages by the way the Palestinians are treated. As if it isn't all awful. And don't tell me that Islam is a religion of peace and that Hamas treated the Israeli and other civilians on October 7th and then the hostages that were taken with dignity or anything resembling kindness and respect.

  20. King was born in 1929 - he didn't make the quote "True peace is not merely the absence of tension; it is the presence of justice" until 1954-55. Not sure who is supposed to get justice though - the Palestinians or the Israelis? Both sides have committed horrible acts of aggression against the other. Until they can all get rid of the zealots running and ruining things that wont change. Even then, as we've seen time and again, it only takes one crazy person to set back progress by decades.

If they can't see the difference between a child who has done nothing being held hostage and a teenager who threw stones at the IDF or trying to stab someone being held prisoner then there's no hope for you. Shame on anyone trying to justify what was done to the Jewish hostages or the over 1200 others abused, tortured, sexually assaulted, and killed in a variety of gruesome ways on October 7th.
