  1. There is person on YouTube who goes by Beau of the Fifth Column. He has some good videos discussing the reasons why what's going on the region is going on. One of the best is too long for me to try and lay it all out here and summering it wouldn't do his argument justice. It's called The Roads to Foreign Policy Dynamics.

  2. I didn't need to hear Jon Stewart doing more of the "they're both too old" diatribe that the mainstream media feeds us every day. What I wanted to hear from him was that regardless of how old the two candidates running are, this will be a choice in November between four more years of Biden and his administration adding on to all the successes and progress they have already delivered and listing out some of their many accomplishments, or four years (or more) of the authoritarian crap fest that was the Trump one term national tragedy. Jon wasn't around to help defeat Trump in 2016 so he damned well needs to step up and make that happen this time and being an edgy, ageist contrarian isn't getting the job done.
