  2. Basically - yes - probably. Some people might survive a while longer in bunkers or domes or something ling like that, but the rest of us are hosed and event those isolated survivors probably won't last for more than a few years or decades. That is unless someone comes up with some kind of miraculous technology that can significantly and quickly reverse the damage we've already done.
