  1.  @yeehaw3792  From what I understand, most of what Climate Change does is make a regions traditional weather more extreme. If you live where there is normally a lot of rain there is going to be more rain from that extra evaporation you are talking about as weather patterns will still drive the moisture to those regions. But parts of the world where it was already dry it will get drier and will go through a long-term drought punctuated by the occasional severe floods from freak weather events.
