  1. They are trying to provoke a reaction, but it's up the the people in positions of authority to decide if they want that reaction to be a positive and professional reaction or not. Police and others have the power, and there's nothing wrong with trying to hold people who have all the power to account.

  2. 1:59:50 - What it seems like James is going out of his way to not understand about about what this caller does is that there are positive interactions with law enforcement and negative interactions with law enforcement (and other people in positions of authority). The caller might be hoping to video a negative interaction as those videos rile people up and get lots of views. But videos of positive interactions can be just as engaging because it gives people a chance to post attaboy comments about the police officers, which I believe many of us would like to be able to do more than we are often able to. People in position of authority are often their own worst enemies and there's nothing wrong with filming them being such.
