  4.  @roc7880  Maybe that's fine for the private sector or some local event, but if staff are so incompetent as to not recognize that the PM should stay for all of the D-Day commemorations then those people shouldn't be involved running the government. Regardless, Rishi didn't say "no, we're staying" so it's still on him. And his excuse made it sound like he didn't even want to stay for the event with the other leaders.
