  2. Was she convicted of the abuse or serve any time in prison for domestic abuse? As the answer is no, then the answer to your question is no - technically. But it's a fair question. If she had been more than arrested and released, or if she had assaulted her partners on more than one occasion, then I'd say she probably shouldn't be allowed to be a PM.
