  1. The obvious solution is to have at least three different options for private shared spaces (changing rooms, toilets, showers, etc) - male/female/and unisex or non-gendered. A fourth could be more non-shared private spaces. And for sports where it matters, include new divisions for trans women and men. I don't agree with all of her perspective and definitely think that gender, which is what we're really arguing about, is more complicated then the biological binary perspective it sounds like she is endorsing. But when it moves from the domain of the individuals rights to the domain of rights of everyone when we share the general public arena this whole subject all gets a lot more complicated.
