It's my expectation that this incident, like so many others our officers have while serving our community,... " it's like the chief doesn't even get that he's admitting to "numerous" amounts of wrongdoing and violating the rights of the people in the community by his officers. And as for an apology? Come on now. Cops don't apologize. It's a sign of weakness and an admission they did something wrong and neither of those things can ever happen.
