@pinchebruha405 Thank you! It is a very sad and deeply tragic thing that has happened but people have to go on living. They seem like resilient people so I hope they can find a way to make their lives better. Like you said, I too fear that this is just the first of many such catastrophes. We all need to try and ready ourselves however we can for worse to come.

This is terrible. If the waters are going to be there that long then won't more floods come that only keep the problem going for even longer and make the situation worse? Maybe they could switch from agriculture to aquaculture at least for a while. But the water might be too polluted to allow for anything to grow in it except something like algae or bacteria.
