  1. The prices of real estate and costs for housing needs to be adjusted down to match the levels of our stagnant wage growth from the past 40 to 50 years. Whether it's the cost of a home or rent (unless your in a sacrifice zone) the percentage of our monthly income that has to go to keeping that roof over our head is getting more and more untenable for a lot of people. COVID turned it up to 11, but it could have been any of a dozen disasters that put us in this place.
