If you want to keep it real then Black people ... and everybody else ... certainly should be advised against traveling to both places experiencing authoritarian overreach and/or elevated levels of crime and social breakdown. Got to keep your poop in a group and your head on a swivel in some places more than others - warnings about where are welcome.
