  1. Come on son - of course Trump did this. In case anyone forgot he used to call into shows or talk to people on the phone about himself using the name John Miller. I don't know if he's clever enough to have multiple twitter accounts himself, but he (or one of his enablers) surely has people on the payroll that do nothing but comment favorably, like, and share his posts.
