A 2024 run is probably too soon and wouldn't work out the way he hopes it will. All it would take is a few 30-second video collections of his greatest hits to remind everyone of why we were so often so chagrined to have him representing the country. The Trump legacy might be closer to the Bush legacy with Junior running in 2028 and becoming the two-term front man for establishment Republicans and their owner-donors.
