People who live in extreme or pure ways may provide interesting results and examples, but the vast majority of people are also stuck with whatever food supplies their resources will provide. We have to be both willing and able to funnel our limited resources away from the uselessly fun so we can include healthier options into our diets. That difficult to impossible for some to be able to do, and we should never cut out the uselessly fun all together - sometimes a nap is a fair price for a damn tasty meal.
