"It's the police's job to be the initial aggressors when they go in to arrest someone" - First problem, convicted murderer Raja had no cause to be arresting Mr Jones so he shouldn't have been aggresive at all. But the idea that a cop is supposed to go into an interaction with any random person as an aggressor at all is a part of the problem with policing.
