  1. Plenty of people on the Right, and especially the Religious Right, have tried to cancel things they felt were offensive long before there was a name for it. Then there are the Lefty ladies like Tipper Gore - the original Karen about sex in songs. We can find hypocrisy on both sides, but banning and cancelling things has always been a powerful tool that traditionally the Right uses against the Left. Masters of projection indeed!
