Just be nice. Don't inflict your foolishness on other people and certainly don't get agro if you get called out on your foolishness. I don't know if the shooter can really claim self defense since the first guy was back in his car, but since the first guy who is obviously responsible for the entire series of events leading up to his being shot is still breathing maybe everyone should just call it even. Just another afternoon in the City of Brotherly Love.
