  3. Plenty of Mexicans love authoritarian enforcers of the state just like anywhere else. People are strange.

  4.  @biometronome7010  Unfortunately though they are supposed to be. The interests of wealthy individuals, corporations, and institutions were always the main powers that shaped US domestic and foreign policy. Politicians codify the laws and regulations for them and the military, police, and other representatives enforce those laws and regulations mostly against us. The rest of us are merely another resource to be managed and exploited for their needs.
