  2.  Box Car  The officer has the discretion on how to handle the situation. He chose to cuff and take a six year old little girl to be incarcerated. Why are you making excuses for his choices? Wait - Officer Ramos, Is that you? And did you really not get that Tyrone Jones was pointing out that some black people , or people of any ethnicity, will happily turn on their own people to make themselves look good for their bosses - or masters? Come on, dude. You aren't that stupid are you?

  3.  Paul Eaststar  I've seen other people point that out since my original reply, but it doesn't change the point I was making that people of a given racial minority can oppress other people of the same, in this case, another racial minority. In fact, sometimes they will be even worse than their fellow white officers just to put themselves across as being part of team law enforcement and not sympathetic to whatever community they are policing.
