I can’t decide on how i feel about this personally.

  39. The main purpose of chrome plating is to protect the metal from corrosion and to significantly reduce abrasion. Of course it is shiny and that alone seems [to] attract people, but industrial equipment and tools don’t care about that. Chromium (III) is worse than Chromium (VI) at both of those goals, in addition to the coating process being harder to control.

  40. they likely did, but backup generators only help when power is cut to the building, or perhaps a section of it, not to a single fridge. Nobody is going to have a backup generator for just one fridge, a power cut to an appliance can be prevented by just putting a lock on the panel.
