@andywolan which is more than an average linux or macOS, even if you assume that's a slight overestimate (because it probably is) ( i assume you mean unpowered-to-notepad time, since that's the only actually useful metric ) All of them are going to be slow if you're trying to start 5 processes with heavy initialisation load all at once while the system is underperforming because nothing is cached, but i think that's your problem and not the OS's.
