  1. ⁠​⁠ @hedgehog3180 there's still two issues. 1: none (or at least very little) of the voyager code actually is written in assembly or FORTRAN from the 40s and 50s. For a long time now it's been ported to FORTRAN77, which as is implied is from 1977. 2: This was presented as a big issue -- it is not. It isn't a physical object, age means very little. It doesn't rust, there are no replacement parts which could go out of production, and one can learn to work with it without even touching it.
