  1. I've driven the entire highway system and I can say with certainty that American driving culture is bad. People act like auto driving is a thing and it isn't. We need more trains to get people off the road who really aren't ever going to act responsible for their multiple ton vehicle moving at high speed. I don't even blame them, it's human nature. People don't pay attention unless they take it seriously and when driving becomes routine or when it becomes a thrill seeking thing both it is when everyone is worse off. Build more trains, don't add lanes. Do what the city near base did, build a race track to get your thrills out on and make it cheap to take your junk there. No racing on streets, average person on the train. The roads would be perfectly fine and Americas infrastructure would not need to change
