It is old enough to be a universal part of military culture now, it is probably been 50+ years since the first time an american or englishman came up with it. That's enough time for two generations of warriors to spread it everywhere as common military language. That, and the US military has obviously been the blueprint for all others for some time.

@NomadJoe0323 But think of how much they are throwing away like this! This is a ten year old account that russia had to buy, being burned up as an asset ...for this. What a joke, throwing away spies to cover tactical mistakes is already bad but they are throwing away their entire playbook, plan, history, ... everything. Putin could not have made Russia weaker if he had tried. If he had simply disbanded his army and scrap his vehicles it would have been more profit in salvage and good will of peaceful people. But this is just burning everything russia fought for after ww2, it's whole future... Burned and killed for nothing. Those young men will never be grandfathers and putin did that

There is no reason to doubt this when every fact supports that this man is telling the truth. Why would he lie? How easy is it to intercept a cell phone? You must be pro putin or maybe 50 cent team if you can't believe this.
