I know that range cards for support weapons must exist in russia too. This is basic stuff that has existed since ww1, everyone else understands this but you seem to be insisting that you somehow know better. That you have some knowledge or experience which invalidates universal military doctrine like knowing the range to your target and pre sighting indirect fire
