  1.  @GrenadierV  we filled them to maximum capacity. I think you are mistaking your specific training to fix some issue with the magazine for universal military doctrine. You were issued poor magazines and were given training to accommodate that. Do not try to speak for all military veterans when sharing your perspective based on your training and experiences
