  4. Dear Economist Mark, I live in California but my wife is from Poland. We lived together in Poland for 5 years in the town of Wadowice, 1 hour West of Krakowa. I love USA and I love Poland. These are Nations that value freedom and liberty both. Poland is on the front line of the free world. It is in PL's security interest that Russia is defeated that is why Polska dedicates 3.9% of GDP to defense, in comparison USA contributes 2.9% The NATO guidline is 2%, which only half of our allies are fufilling.

Merely organize society to act in harmony with this lesson. Let society's legal apparatus remove all obstacles the best it can. Permit these creative know-hows freely to flow. Basicaly Freidman states that the free market does it best, much like the message in "The Wealth of Nations" by Adam Smith published in 1776
