  1. The Cadillac XT4 has no turbo lag that I can feel. Every other car that I test drove had turbo lag, whether short or long...Mercedes GLC300 (least turbo lag), BMW X3 (a little more turbo lag), Porsche Macan S (even more turbo lag), Honda (way too much turbo lag). The Cadillac has these features that Youtubers miss: - lighted logo behind the dashboard - pulsating safety seat (most cars only beep) - left behind child in the rear seat alert - capless fuel tank (like my 2017 Corvette C7 ) - umbrella storage in the doors (like Rolls Royce) - active noise cancellation (like my 2017 Corvette C7 with Bose) - power passenger seat with lumbar - free 5G hotspot My other car is a 2017 Corvette Stingray in stickshift.

The paddle shifters are a gimmick on public roads because 1) only grandmas drive with 2 hands on the steering wheel 2) in a manual car, your right hand's position tells you what gear you're in; in contrast, a paddle shifter forces me to take my eyes off the road and look down at the dashboard to see what gear I'm in 3) paddle shifter doesn't let me skip gears like a manual 4) turning right at an intersection, I usually downshift as my hand turns the steering wheel but I can't do them both with paddles 5) my fingers are doing too much work juggling a signal lane change while simultaneously paddle shifting while simultaneously turning the steering wheel.

  3. It's time to get rid of the key.  With Toyota, my key just needs to be in my pocket and I can reach for the door handle and it unlocks.  I just push the START igniton button and go.  My key is in my pocket the whole time.

After test driving manual transmissions in Mazda mx-5 club and touring, Porsche Cayman, Nissan 370Z, Toyota F86, Mustang V8, Camaro 4 turbo, Camaro V6, Camaro V8, Corvette, I purchased a 2017 Corvette. The Mazda mx-5 manual transmission is unreliable (go to Mazda website for TSB on mazda mx-5). I bought a red 2017 Corvette 1LT manual transmission with performance exhaust, black wheels, red calipers, red seats, carbon badge package.

  6. Incorrect, it's 0-60 in 7 sec. Best of all u get no turbo lag and 100% of torque from an early 1500 rpm all the way to 4000 rpm. then 90% of torque from 4000-5000 rpm.

  7. Why does the Lexus's hood meet at the A-piller higher than the door's bottom window? That looks ugly. They should be a straight horizontal line like the Aston Martin.

  8. Not a driver's car because the screen needs to be around the driver, not all the way to passenger's far right. That mesh door is a nightmare to clean because there are soooo many holes.
