  2. Corolla= CVT transmission is unreliable and engine doesn't have the torque. Center console screen sticks up like a sore thumb instead of nicely moulded into the dashboard. Jetta=traditional transmission is reliable and the 1.4 turbo has lots of torque fun. Interior is higher quality and it has a cool flat bottom steering wheel.
