Nope, never a Korean brand for me. I remember the 1980s Hyundai Excel and it still has the poor people stigma

Nissan was already unreliable prior to Renault.

They suck. THey're UNRELIABLE so I went back to Toyota and the #1 reliable car with 0 issues in 1.5 years is my 2017 Corvette. All my cars were bought new. My experience with these cars: - 1996 Nissan 200sx se: broken shifter - 1999 Nissan Maxima SE: transmission died at 90k miles - 2004 Nissan Quest: intermittently can't start vehicle, gas gauge estimator turns off when it gets below 60 miles left, air vent at my feet can't close completely so my feet are always cold or I get stinky outside air , powered sliding door can't close reliably so it reverses - Nissan 370z stickshift clutch is horrible, can't shift smoothly from 1 to 2. I wasted so much time taking it to the dealer before work and picking it up after work. NO, Nissan is NOT listening to customers. Nissan brought back the minivan about 3 years ago and it still had the same issues. Nissan doesn't test their products, it tries to save money by skipping testing and letting customers do the testing.
